Situated in the heart of Reykjavik, a few minute walk from the two main streets, non the less in a quiet steet. The space The house is situated in a green and quiet street, in the central Reykjavík (Miðbær/101 Rvk). Only 5 min. walk to the main shopping streets. The apartment has central heating in the floors, a high ceiling and large windows that give good lighting. It is very private, with no adjacent neighbors (only a small storage is built on to one side). The house has a living-room with a kitchen area on one side, a dining table, and a comfy sofa area on the other side. The sofa can be made into a bed. There is a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with a lovely hot shower. The interior is stylish but cozy, with a dash of retro to its atmosphere. Guest access There is free parking and almost an available spot. There is a small patio and lawn, right in front of the house. Here our guests may sit outside if they like.
