Booking confirmation means acceptance of the policies and regulations. 🪪 It is mandatory to send via the app chat an image of your official INE / PASSPORT ID, legible and without erasures, and that of all guests (including minors). Those same IDs must be shown at the time of your arrival, don't forget them! 👶🏽 You must send identification of underage guests, it is a legal requirement to prove parental authority or guardianship. It must be photo identification: passport, school ID, social security card. 🚗If you will be using the parking lot, you must provide the model, license plate and color when booking to manage free access. 🔑 Self Check In from 4pm: with prior communication about your arrival time, the instructions and access password, personalized and unique for each reservation, are sent to you via the platform chat. ️ℹ️While in the app you find the address, rules and manual on how the services work. 🙋🏽‍♂️ Whenever you need it, you can contact me through the platform and I will be available for your stay. 💁🏽‍♀️If something needs to be resolved in person, my co-host will act in my place. ☎️ Only in case of my emergency, you have my phone number in your reservation information. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 🏡 It's not a hotel, it's my home. I hope you enjoy it and take care of it as much as I do. 🪜 The apartment is on the 3rd floor, up stairs, and does not have an elevator. 🚗 It has covered parking and 24-hour surveillance in the condominium's basement. Maximum height 1.90m. You have free and autonomous access (only you park your car, no one else drives it). You must provide the model, license plate, and color when booking to manage free access. 📆Long stays are allowed, you can check availability and rates by selecting the dates you want on the calendar and discounts are automatically applied based on different factors such as season and duration. 👚 There is NO washing machine. Ask about the trusted laundry! It is a few blocks away and has self-service or full service: washing, ironing and folding. 🍻 Guests are NOT accepted, they are considered guests. They must pay a small fee for administrative costs. You can ask. 🚭 No smoking and no pets allowed as I suffer from asthma due to allergies. 🚮 It is the guest's responsibility to keep the space tidy and not to accumulate dirty dishes or trash. 🧹 The cleaning and change of bedding and bathroom linen is only before arrival, if you require extra service you can request it for an additional cost and by appointment. ⏰Check-in time is from 4pm and Check-out is before 11am. These times must be respected. If you need to wait, I can recommend places nearby. If you need to arrive late at night or early in the morning, it is possible as long as you communicate it in advance to receive you. 🧳 There is NO luggage storage service.
