I welcome you to a large house, in the middle of nature, a few steps from the Perche Nature Park. 1 hour from the Loire Castles, 20 minutes from Vendôme (Loir Valley), 1 hour from Le Mans, 15 minutes from the Commanderie d'Arville. 1 hour to the zoo, walk on site, heated pool from June 15. Quiet house, in the countryside, on a large private lot, terrace, courtyard, park... A few kilometers away, dairy farm, organic vegetable production, saffron production. The space The accommodation is intended for 8 guests, exceptionally it can go up to 10. Quiet, bucolic, tastefully renovated, refurbished rooms. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms await you for family stays. The space is secluded, with a large yard. In the morning when you wake up, the wild animals will be under your windows. Large wooded grounds ( park of 3000 m2) with heated swimming pool from mid-June and fenced. Large courtyard used as a private parking area, equipped with a surveillance camera, with no risk. Access by bike, car, motorbike, truck... Terrace, card games and company available..... The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the Ferté bernard motorway exit ( A11), 30 minutes from Cloyes train station, 20 minutes from Vendôme TGV station. The schedules are indicative, they can be modified according to requests and possibilities. Marked tours by bike or on foot, sensitive natural spaces, are very close. Guest access The house will be for guests, only 2 rooms will not be accessible. (Private). Self check-in with a key box makes access easier if I can't be there to welcome you.
