The space Charming quiet cottage, between nature and amenities 🌿😌 Nestled in a green setting, our independent lodge of 45 m² welcomes you in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Fully equipped, it has a sunny terrace and a small, enclosed, private garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in peace. A secure parking spot is reserved for you inside the property. Just a short walk away, you can also enjoy the walk around a peaceful pond, perfect for relaxing or strolling. The cottage is located close to the center of a small village with all the local shops. You enjoy the quietness of the countryside, without being isolated. A great place to relax, stroll, and discover the area at your own pace. Available to you: - Dolce Gusto coffee maker (coffee, tea, chocolate...), kettle, citrus press, toaster, etc. - LED TV, FIRE STICK TV, Bluetooth soundbar, board games, books, smaller TV with DVD player built into the bedroom. Depending on the season: garden furniture, deckchairs, and plancha. ⚠️ ATTENTION!⚠️: please provide your bed linen and towels for short stays of less than 3 nights. The LINEN and BED(S) MADE ON arrival is possible at extra cost for stays of less than 3 nights and will be offered for stays from 3 nights booked. Sleeping information: 1 bed: 160x200 (Queen/Bedroom) 1 bed: 140x190 (sofa bed/living room) Duvets (220x240) and Pillows (square 60x60) are provided, except for the baby bed (portable) Please provide fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcase in the correct size. Guest access A secure lockbox is available to allow you to arrive independently and at the desired time from 3 p.m. The information will be communicated to you automatically 48 hours before your arrival. Other things to note Well-behaved (or almost) dog's charter 🐕🙃 Because a good stay also means good manners, here are the few rules that every model dog and their humans undertake to respect: 1. In the space reserved for me, I will remain (My humans will make sure to always close the gate and that I stay in the private part of the vacation rental. No wandering around the parking lot, for my safety and to preserve the tranquility of the animals that live on site.) 🐾 2. I will never get on the bed or the sofa (Even if it's soft, comfortable, and terribly tempting...) 3. Alone and unattended, I will not stay (Because I might be afraid… or have a sudden stroke of genius 😅) 4. I will take care of my needs outside the property (Because it's still more pleasant for everyone!) 5. I will respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood (Barking concerts at 6 am are to be avoided 🎶🐶) 6. At the end of my stay, I will erase the traces of my visit (Well… let's be honest: my humans will take care of it with love 🥰)
