The space The house is located in a quiet area, is part of a subdivision and fields are a few meters away. An outdoor terrace with a roll-out awning will allow you to spend pleasant moments (bbq possible). Hot drinks (coffee, tea, herbal tea) are available free of charge. If you want to cook, the house's equipment will allow you to do so. Kitchen utensils (pots, dishes etc etc...) are available. Refrigerator, freezer (functional on request), electric (1) and gas (3) stovetops as well as an oven and microwave are available. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen, living and dining room, ground floor bathrooms, and the terrace. There is also access to the bathroom, the 2 bedrooms and the toilet on the first floor. The total area of the rental is approximately 80 m2. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. As a reminder: the garage and the wooded areas around the house are not part of the rental, remain private, and must be accessible to the host without restriction.
