It also has triple-glazed windows that block out most of the outside noise that may be present at certain times of the day. Please note that the bathroom is accessed from the master bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed with a 12cm thick memory foam and pocket spring mattress (suitable for two adults), a 50" smart TV with cable TV and Amazon Prime Video in multiple languages, and a high dining table that seats four. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, coffee machine with L'OR Barista capsules, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave and all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you need to cook in comfort. This location allows you to walk to practically all of the city's attractions, while being sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The street has no traffic restrictions and there is also the option of parking in the private car park "Las Delicias", which is located next to the building (less than 50 metres away) for around 18-20 € per day (the price drops significantly for stays of more than three days). We can also provide you with a Google Maps route showing the closest streets where you can search for a free parking space.
