Private in-law suite with private entrance in basement of our home in beautiful and quiet neighborhood close to Virginia Tech and Lane Stadium. Full kitchen including dishwasher, all new furnishings throughout and multi-zone heat/cooling unit. King size bed in master bedroom and queen size comfortable air mattress available for use as extra sleeping space upon request. Internet tv, fast wifi and use of our elliptical and weights. Guest access You will park at the top right of our driveway. Your entrance is on the other side of the house. To enter your space, use the walkway in front of the house and down a slight slope to your private door. Other things to note We have 3 little kids and a small dog. They are in school M-F during the day and in bed by 8pm but you may hear playing and the pitter patter of little feet in between and/or the weekends.
