Fully Air conditioned charged extra. Eco-awareness As the company strives to be eco-friendly, a euro coin meter is present. On average, 10-15 free units are given each day during the Summer months and 30-35 units during the Winter months. Should tenants exceed this energy limit, a cost of .30c per unit will be incurred. Environmentally cautious usage does not exceed the free units. The use of air-conditioning is charged extra as per rates indicated. - Environmental Contribution of 0.50 per night for all guests over 18 years of age, capped at 5 Pets allowed: pet charge is 20 for 1 pet, 30 for 2.
