Description

El-Rancho Beach House is a dog-friendly house located in the central part of Casuarina Village, a short 2-min walk to the beach. It has 3.5 bedrooms, with the main bedroom enjoying an en-suite. A large open-planned living area & a media room downstairs. A generous sized backyard with a fire-pit, solar heated pool and entertaining area Just a stone's throw from some of the best beaches on the coast, including Cabarita Beach which was recently voted ‘Australias Best Beach’ by Tourism Australia The space The residence is centrally located in an elevated position in a sought-after part of Casuarina. A 3-min stroll will bring you to "The Commons" local shopping centre, with supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops. Another 3 minute stroll in the opposite direction will take you to ‘Osteria’ and 'Lolitas', amazing restaurants with a kids play area. Adjoining Osteria and La Barita is the Casuarina Recreation Club with full gym, yoga, spin classes, 25m pool, kids pool, etc Casuarina is a relatively new estate and has a feeling of exclusiveness and prestige. It is very safe and relaxed and a great place for a chilled holiday or the perfect base to explore the surrounding buzzing attractions such as Byron Bay (35 minutes south) or the Gold Coast (15 minutes north). The house is very comfortable, recently repainted on the inside, renovated and refurnished. The upstairs living area is open plan with reverse cycle air-conditioning. The kitchen, dining, lounge/living area are combined under a tall ceiling with plenty of windows which creates a feeling of space and light. The kitchen and living area are separated by a low island breakfast bar. New reverse-cycle aircon/heating has been installed in the dining/living/kitchen area. The upstairs loungeroom has a 55" smart TV and a wood pellet heater (similar to a wood heater but automatic). Each bedroom, the media room and the kitchen/living areas have WiFi connected smart assistants which are used to control the lights, music, etc (if desired). There are numerous wireless phone charging stations throughout the residence. Due to the open plan of the living areas of the house, most of our outside living is done on the top deck which naturally flows into the dining room. On the top deck is an outdoor lounge with cushions to relax on and a Webber BBQ is ready for action. The living area is north-facing and collects the sea breeze most afternoons which cools the home. Downstairs is a large backyard with a solar-heated pool, a large polished-concrete patio near the pool for outdoor entertaining. A table & chairs and another BBQ. There is also a large fire-pit area with abundant seating. A great way to end a long day of exploring or lazing at the beach - sitting around the fire with a cold beer or wine! The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with an ensuite and TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and third bedroom has a double bed and share the main bathroom which has a shower (with an oversized showerhead) and a bath. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan which adequately cools the rooms. Most nights the ocean can be heard from the master bedroom, deck and living room :) Downstairs is the media room with a 48" smart TV and hi-fi soundbar for movie nights. There is a full bathroom attached to this room and double doors which close to give the room privacy. This leads out to the backyard and pool area. Free (reasonable) use of WiFi is included. *DOGS* The rear yard is fully enclosed with high fences and dogs are allowed so long as your dog is not the type to bark all night or bark all day when you go out and leave him/her alone. Dogs are to stay outside. Bicycles and/or fishing rods are available upon request. STRICTLY NO PARTIES. You are in a lovely, quiet residential area of Casuarina and your respect to neighbours is of utmost importance. The residence is also our family home. It has been recently repainted inside, the kitchen renovated and whole residence mostly refurnished. If you want to party please book another residence. Most of all we want you to enjoy your stay in our beautiful home in this amazing part of the world - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the facilities and amenities you will need. Guest access You will have the entire house except the downstairs built-in garage and one or two of the built-in robes. Hanging and cupboard/drawer space will be provided for your clothing. Other things to note We have a network of neighbours who will be willing to help you with everything from recommendations to minor repairs. A bicycle, scooter, skateboard and fishing rod can be provided upon request. Pillows, doona, toilet paper and soap provided. Linen and towels not provided as a rule. Usually you BYO or hire (we can provide details of linen hire company) but we can supply by negotiation in certain circumstances at extra cost.
