Not far from the largest lake in Tyrol, Lake Achensee, lies the idyllic self-catering house "Achentaler Bauernhäusl." If you would like to spend unforgettable days at Lake Achen, love nature and do not need luxury, then you have come to the right place! The 300-year-old farmhouse in the middle of the Karwendel Mountains can accommodate about 23 people. It is also ideal for families with children. The space Living room with cooking facilities on the ground floor: electric stove, oven, hot water sink, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cooking and dining utensils, filter coffee machine (incl. filter), Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, a table for five people Basic stocks of salt, pepper, spices, tea, vinegar and oil are available. Living room on the ground floor: cozy tiled stove and two large tables for social evenings A double room on the ground floor Outdoor area: A spacious terrace with garden furniture and a birch table set as well as a barbecue in the garden invite you to linger. Wood for heating is provided. There are about 6 parking spaces for cars. Sanitary area on the first floor: 1 room with 3 sinks and two showers, separate two toilets with water flushing Three bedrooms on the first floor: The bedrooms are characterized by their rustic charm and are equipped with double and bunk beds; In each room there is a wardrobe or a dresser; duvet covers or sleeping bags; hand or bath towels must be brought by yourself. Attic: In the converted attic there is a large mattress storage room and another double bedroom with wardrobe. The whole house, except the parlor, is heated by electric convectors! Guest access You rent the entire house incl. the garden for yourself. There are no other guests in the house. There are about 6 parking spaces available! Other things to note The city tax (tourist tax) is EUR 3.00 per person per night. The tourist tax is not included in the price. Final cleaning is included in the price. Pet fee of €8.00 per night is not included in the price. Please don't forget: The Achentaler Bauernhäusl is a self-catering house, i.e. duvet covers, hair dryer, hand or bath towels as well as toilet paper and slippers must be brought by yourself. (Bed sheets and pillows with covers and duvets are provided). If possible, please do not buy still water bottles either, our tap water is the best spring water.
