'Home from home' is how I like guests to feel whilst staying at this welcoming, clean and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It's a lovely, light filled property, tastefully decorated with quality furniture, art and comfortable beds, and offers a patio, garden and off street parking in a village, 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes the City Centre. Failand has a popular pub and grocery store/cafe and is a great place to enjoy glorious countryside yet with close proximity to Bristol. The space Perfect for people travelling to the Bristol region for work purposes and contracts or those looking for a getaway holiday or fun filled weekend in the South West of England. A light filled, tastefully furnished, welcoming house with well equipped kitchen and dining area, good Wifi, sitting room and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is off street parking for 2/3 cars or two vans and on street parking. It also has a private patio to enjoy outside on a bright day. If you don't feel like staying in to eat, Failand has a local, popular pub serving good food within walking distance. Bristol is a vibrant city - there is always a festival, concert, sporting event, art exhibition or something to do. There's also a host of other attractions locally and beautiful countryside. Ashton Court and Ashton Gate Stadium are a mile away, as is Tyntesfield, a National Trust property. Only a little further is Noah's Ark Zoo which is great for families. It's all on your doorstep if you want to pack in a busy agenda, but if you just want to mooch about and relax, it's a great house for that too. Cardiff and Bath are easy to reach and make great day trips or hit the beach at Weston super Mare or Burnham. With two golf courses less than a mile away, it’s perfect to use it as a base to enjoy the courses of Bristol and surrounding areas. The nearest large supermarkets are either a Tesco or Waitrose in Nailsea or Sainsbury’s in Ashton Gate. There is also a small, but well stocked Co-op in Long Ashton open until 10pm or our village shop and cafe which serves great coffee and cakes just down the road from the house. The king size bed is in a bedroom downstairs where the larger of the two bathrooms is too, as well as the well equipped kitchen and sitting room, hallway (which has a small desk to set up a laptop if you require), and utility room. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, one having twin beds and another has a double bed. There is also a bathroom upstairs. If more than 6 guests book, there is a high quality chair bed I make up. Guest access You have sole access to the house while you rent it. Guests are welcome to enjoy the private patio and use the grassed garden area. I live in the house next door but am sometimes away, although always available to answer any queries. Due to this and for your convenience so you can access the house anytime after check in, there is a key safe box accessed with a code, given before check in. One room, not pictured or described, is kept locked as it contains some personal items. Other things to note If you unfortunately lock yourself out or lose your keys, I will be able to help you regain access. £60 charge for lost keys.
