The property is a 6 min walk from the train station (24 mins direct into central London), and 5 mins walk from the main High Street. Free high-speed unlimited fibre wi-fi is available to guests. The space The clean and spacious double room includes fitted wardrobes, widescreen TV with DVD/Blu Ray player and a selection of movies, bedside clock/phone charger and hair dryer. The room features an ensuite bathroom with shower / bath, plus sink vanity and toilet with heated towel rail The apartment is located in a secure development with a sunny south facing aspect and the guest room has its own patio space. In addition to their ensuite room, guests have full use of the shared lounge with 55" widescreen HDTV and movie selection, fully featured kitchen and dining area. Guest access The property is located 6 min walk from Sevenoaks train station (with regular direct trains into London's Cannon St, London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross stations) and 5 mins walk from the centre of Sevenoaks High Street with its wealth of shops, restaurants and supermarkets (M&S and Waitrose). Off-road visitor parking is available although there is free street parking in the evenings from 4:30pm to 10:30am. I am usually in attendance to welcome guests, but if not available, I will message the guests with further instruction for entering the property.
