Our elegant and comfortable apartment offers all the modern amenities you'd like. Modern kitchen, very comfortable beds, cozy living room and spacious feel. We are at a 15 minute walk from the city center. You can take the bus or tram if you prefer. The tram Will get you to the center in 3 minutes! Our apartment is spacious, airy and bright. Enjoy a new modern kitchen with all amenities. Our apartment is spacious and comfortably fits 7. It is furnished with florentine antiques and unique fixtures. We refurbished it for ourselves but have had to move for work reasons. We are on the 2nd floor with elevator. We have 2 small balconies I will be in constant touch with guests. I will try and be there. If that is not possible, I have a very good property manager who is available at all times. I will however be available at all times via (website hidden), email and (website hidden). I love the neighborhood feel. This is where the Florentines live. Close to the city center yet far from the maddening crowd and noise. We also have a villa with pool close to pristine beaches in Southern Tuscany. Other things to note We can organise an experienced and reputable guide to take you around the monuments and sights of Florence. Please note: 30€ late checkin fee after 8 pm. TOURIST TAX - “Imposta di Soggiorno” Florence City Council has an obligatory tourist tax on all stays by visitors (for a max of 7 nights.)
