Guest access IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - Arrival WE DO NOT HAVE 24h reception so we need to know your estimated time of arrival in advance in order to be able to receive you. Check-in hours: From 14:30h to 23:00h. If your arrival is later tan 23:00h there is an extra fee of 20€). Late arrivals after midnight (00:00) are not accepted. Check-out hours: check out is at 11:00h. Our accommodation has free lockers to leave your luggage so you can leave them from 09h in the morning if you arrive early and until the time you need the day of your check-out. They work with a 1€ refundable coin. - Parking We are located in the historic centre of the city and traffic is restricted only for neighbours. If you want to arrive by car you should park it in our parking. The cost of the parking is 25€/night and is subject to availability (please let us know if you need a parking spot in advance so we can book it for you). We accept small/medium cars, so please let us know if you want to hire a family car or a 4x4 in advance. - About the room There is no change of towels and daily cleaning in the apartments, but you can add it to your reservation with an aditional cost. However, bookings of 5 or more nights have a free cleaning and towel change halfway through the stay. Other things to note Group bookings must leave a deposit of 300€.
