Newly renovated & tastefully furnished 3/4 bedroom family friendly home, with luxurious, modern furniture, fixtures & fittings, including a wonderful kitchen/diner. At Sunrise you are right within the Sandbanks Peninsula in a quiet location for a peaceful break. Only 350yds to the pristine Blue Flag beaches and the beautiful natural harbour. Rick Steins is a 5 minute stroll. In short, a stunning base in a stunning location. The space “Sunrise” offers luxurious yet comfortable private holiday accommodation, in a fabulous location. “Sunrise” has 4 contemporary bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with twin beds and a fourth, set up as a den with a sofa-bed. There is a large cot available for those who require it. Additionally, there is a sheltered outdoor, under cover & heated dining area as well as a large open plan kitchen/diner with seating comfortably for 6 people. No matter the weather there is always a comfortable place to eat!! Additionally, a luxury fitted modern kitchen, two beautifully modern fitted bathrooms, separate downstairs cloakroom and professionally landscaped garden area. The outdoor space is so welcoming with fully landscaped, led lit and zoned areas whether you wish to relax, read, barbeque, sunbathe or sleep, whilst you enjoy the peace and quiet of the location listening to the sea in the background and the seagulls in the air high above. There are paved patio areas, eating areas and timber decking with numerous chairs as well as a wooded garden area, each with further seating. Reading your favourite holiday book whilst relaxing in the hammock under the shade of the trees in the garden is a delight in the summer. Elsewhere in the garden is a perfect corner for the evening sun to enjoy a sundowner glass or two! The living room is a lovely area for chilling out with a large flat screen tv, 2 x oversized luxurious soft sofas to give plentiful seating for all complemented by a gas fire – this room opens out onto a private, covered terrace, ideal for summer entertaining, with generous options for dining and lounging. There is a gas bbq, a wood fired pizza oven, a chest freezer for your ice, and a drinks fridge on site for use throughout your stay Wi-Fi, all bed linen, and towels (please bring your own beach towels) are provided. We also have a highchair and a cot for our younger guests to use!! Secure off-road private parking is provided for 2-3 cars (depending on size), and set behind automatic gates making the area safe and secure. There is an electric car charge point on the driveway too. We allow one small pet dog if they are well behaved and hypoallergenic - please message for more details Accommodation is as follows: • Kitchen: with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a wine cooler, four ring electric induction hob with extractor. Instant boiling water on tap, wall mounted TV and a small breakfast bar, as well as a large dining room table with seating for up to 8 people. All crockery and cooking utensils provided. • Lounge area: wall mounted TV with Netflix, Freeview channels, Bluetooth speaker system and gas fire. There are 2 large sofas, and a large foot-stall. • Garage Store: plenty of storage space for bikes, canoes and other beach equipment. There are 4 x kayaks (2 x adult & 2 x junior), 2 x paddle boards and x2 adult bikes, as well as numerous child scooters and helmets for free use throughout your stay. Additionally there is a beach trolley provided to help you get your kit for the day to the beach with you. • Terrace dining area (covered & heated): seats 6 guests comfortably, with tasteful lighting make this a special, cosy place in the evening for alfresco dining whatever the weather. • Cloakroom with wc • Fitted washing machine and separate drier • Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with luxury large head power shower, fitted wardrobes. • Bedroom 2: double bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. • Bedroom 3: double bedroom with twin beds and a Juliet balcony. • Family bathroom: with luxury fittings, mood lighting and a large bath with oversized shower above • Bedroom 4 / Den *– on the third floor and set up as a den, a playful space for children to escape their parents. Accessed via spiral staircase, this room has beanbags, books, sofa bed, train set, various board games and a PlayStation There is a high chair and stair gates for safety and peace of mind if you are travelling with young ones! We have plenty of beach chairs, windbreaks, deck chairs, buckets, spades, snorkels, beach games etc along with a beach caddy trolley to get it there and back - feel free to utilise it all throughout your stay
