Direct access to this beautiful lake provides the perfect opportunity for swimming, fishing and watersports. Minutes from the Moon River boat launch, bring or rent your own boat if interested in exploring the lake extensively. Or enjoy exploring the lake on our stand-up paddleboards and kayaks. Standard and child life jackets available. Lily Pad floatation anchored 10 feet off the dock, great for playing and lounging in the water. Sand toys for children provided. Lots of grass for kids to play on at the waterfront and in the front and backyard. Lakeside patio and fire pit provides more outdoor areas to enjoy. This cottage is located a short five-minute walk to the quaint town of Bala. Bala has everything you need to enjoy a week at the cottage. Foodland Grocery Store, LCBO and best of all, Don’s Bakery! Bala is also the home of the SWS ski show, The KEE, and a handful of restaurants! This is a year round property on a municipal road which is plowed in the winter. The property is connected to municipal water and sewer. Maximum 10 guests. Basic toiletries supplied (toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Pillows, sheets, duvets and covers, bath towels and kitchen linens included.
