It is a new house with free Wi-Fi, air-conditional and double locked up garage. The facilities include: - 4 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, 1 living room and a dinning area. - extra guest exceed 8 will sleep on sofa bed or/ and floor mattress. - modern kitchen with gas cooktop and oven. - Smart LED TV in living room - Laundry with washer and ironing facilities -Towel are provided - Shower gel and shampoo are provided - Salt,sugar and cooking oil are provided - High chair is provided for little kids - Books, puzzles and Toys for little kids to read and play - Private outdoor area Guest access Guests will have sole access to the entire house including all amenities. We are available at any time to answer questions or provide advice. Other things to note -Check-out time is 10am, and check-in time is 3 pm. Late check-out & early check-in could be arranged, subject to availability. - No additional people are allowed to access the house. Total guests must not exceed the number agreed at the time of booking. - House must kept clean and tidy - Turn off all appliances , air conditioning and all lights when not in use and before leaving the house. - Secure and lock all external doors before leaving the house -- We ask that the property is presented to us as clean and tidy as possible when you depart with all utensils cleaned and back to it's place, all appliances in working order and no damage done to the property or its contents The loss of key shall incur a $20 fee. The loss of the garage controller shall incur a $80 fee. - The cost of any damage, breakage or theft will be deducted from security deposit.
