In our apartment you will find a wide space for a whole family to enjoy an amazing summer vacation. The beach is very near - it will take you only less then 10minutes to walk to Viareggio's beautiful promenade (literally 2 minutes by car). Actually half of the way you will be able to enjoy the fresh sea breeze because also city's natural park is at our doorstep! Location is more then perfect - many local businesses operate during the season almost on the same street. In 2 min walk you will find 2 delicious pizzerias, a restaurant, 4 pasticcerias (bakeries), a pharmacy, various caffès, dairy, fruit and vegetable store, tobacconist, newsstand, ATM and so much more. (Do not forget to ask us about World's Number 1 ice-cream parlor!). There is free parking on premises. In the night you will be able to relax so well - you will have a direct opening on pine-tree forest, so a lot of oxygen and silence. Birds chirping will accompaign your relaxing breakfast or dinner on the terrace. Our wide space terrace is equipped for you to enjoy - there is an exit from kitchen and living room, a table and chairs for all your meals with family or drinks after sunset. If you prefer an indoor stay - we provided a TV and some movies, nice sofa and a good Wi-Fi, book and even some games. You can use all this space for your leisure, relaxation time and of course - the beach is so near… So bring your swimming suit and see you soon!
