A spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 WC house, with filtered kitchen water. Quiet, private patio & garden, with fantastic views over parklands, lakes, and woods. Only 300m from South Lakes Leisure Centre. Fully equipped Lounge and Kitchen/Diner. Ideal for family breaks. Unlimited WiFi & Netflix. There is nowhere within 20 miles that caters for 8 people at such a low cost, so is excellent value for money. Sorry, but do not book if you are planning to hold a party or you're easily offended by house rules. The space Ideal for one large family, two families with 2 adults & 2 children each or a group of friends/Golfers/ Anglers. A cot and safety gates are available for families with a single small child. **THERE ARE THREE STOREYS and stairs to match! In order to safeguard myself, my house and my neighbours, there are a number of rules concerning recycling, refuse disposal and noise, which are embedded in law, not to curtail enjoyment of your stay. Unfortunately, due to two bad experiences in a row, I will not be taking any more bookings from people without any previous AirBnb reviews. (I am prepared make exceptions for families with children and people over 30 years of age) Guest access Space for two cars on my private drive. Sadly, the estate geography is such that there is no on-street parking for extra cars. There are several steps up to the front door, so guests with mobility issues should consider whether the house is suitable before booking. Other things to note Check in/out: Please adhere to the timings set - they are not mere guidelines. This allows the smooth change of bedding and towels for the next guests. However, guests who turn my house into Blackpool may change my view. Refuse: The local authority obliges residents to separate their waste. Organics including food waste go into the brown bin (in kitchen and outside) recyclables into green bin outside (but not in bags) and finally general waste to be bagged and placed in blue bin outside. You will lose stars on your guest rating if you ignore these procedures.
