It also has the charm of being an estate built in the nineteenth century, in the heart of the city, next to the Cervantes theater, in what was formerly called "Barrio Alto" in Málaga, where numerous Palace Houses of the time were located. The apartments have been renovated respecting original furniture and construction elements such as floor tiles, woodwork and kitchen that have been restored to enjoy apartments with a special charm and at the same time enjoy all the comfort. PALCO apartment is located on the second floor and have 3 balconys with views to the Alcazaba and the historic Cathedral of Málaga. Features a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the apartments we walk for 2 minutes to Plaza de la Merced, the nerve center of Malaga's social life.
