Thanks !!! 🙏🏻 The Architect’s Penthouse is one of only two suites we offer. It comprises of an open-plan lounge, en-suite and bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed. It boasts spectacular views, a stunning sound system, mood lighting and a TV. A guest tablet is also provided in each suite. A dividing wall separates the lounge from the bedroom space. An open-plan en-suite sits behind a large frosted glass block screen, complete with limestone wet-floor, Lefroy Brookes fittings and a Philip Starck shower. Colour mixing lighting finishes off this space. The suite sleeps two. You'll also have exclusive access to our spectacular roof garden, with sun loungers, a traditional teak hot tub and stunning 360-degree views of Cheshire and beyond (details below). With the cathedrals of Liverpool on one horizon and the city of Manchester on another, this is a unique space, summer or winter, day or night. Be it a long leisurely sundowner, a soak in the hot tub, a yoga session, or simply lounging around in the sunshine, the roof garden is a space like no other. Welcome refreshments are provided upon arrival and in the morning, a breakfast basket is delivered to your suite. You'll also have access to a refreshment area, complete with, tea and coffee making facilities, ice, glasses and a fridge. As well as the Architect’s Penthouse on the top floor, we also have the Master Suite available on the first floor of the tower. That said, you will have your own separate entrance up a stone spiral staircase to your suite. Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm. Check-out is at 10am. Please note, we cannot offer an early check-in, or a late check-out. Exclusive use of the Roof Garden and Hot Tub has been reserved for guests staying in our Architect’s Penthouse, as follows: Afternoon session: 5:00pm to 6:00pm Evening session 1: 7:30pm to 8:30pm Evening session 2: 10:00pm to 11:00pm Morning session: 7:00am to 8:00am During these times, you will be able to access the roof garden and hot tub, for your own exclusive use. The roof garden and hot tub are available only during your allocated sessions, outside of these times the space is available for our other guests’ exclusive use, so please finish your session on time. Guests booking for two, or more nights, will be able to also use the roof garden and hot tub between 1100 and 1400 each day. Please note that use of the roof garden and hot tub is weather-dependent, with access being restricted in extreme weather. Strictly no guest access to the roof garden and hot tub after 11:00pm. Lastly, as this is our home (and to avoid guests turning into pumpkins), we kindly request that all guests return home by midnight. During your stay We want you to feel at home, but to also respect that this is our family home too. We will be present during your stay; however, the Architect’s Penthouse is your private space for your exclusive use. After a brief welcome in our hallway, you'll be given your own personal guest tablet that will guide you around the house and your suite. Lasting around 10-minutes, the video-tour takes you through the house, highlighting the facilities on offer, helping you to make the most of your stay. We like to respect your privacy, so once you are settled in we will communicate by phone. We are here most of the time to help and advise on things to do! Other things to note Ideal for business or leisure guests. Our home is 20 mins from Manchester Airport, 25 mins from Manchester City centre and 35 mins from Liverpool. You can come and go as you please, as your suite is accessible directly off the spiral stone staircase - so you don't need to go through the rest of the house. You can also enjoy effortless access to Lymm village with our complimentary Tesla shuttle service - quiet, comfortable, and entirely on us. Subject to availability. Most of the house has an open aspect, with views of the rolling Cheshire countryside, which is accessible from the bottom of the garden. Please note: Airbnb require all personal travel reservations to be booked by the guests themselves. Making a reservation for another person is a violation of Airbnb policy and not something we will accept. We have an EV (Electric Vehicle) charging point available for use. Please alert us in advance, should you wish to use this. We charge 60p per kWh. There is also a cellular base station located at the tower. Whilst we’re happy for you to bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy, the consumption of takeaways and meals is discouraged, both in your suite, and on the roof garden. Strictly no photography, filming or social media content creation, without prior written approval. Lastly, smoking, or vaping is strictly prohibited, both inside and outside the property.
