A quiet corner

Good morning! Our house is simple, but very cozy. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed (mezzanine), a large living room with a combined kitchen, very well ventilated, a spacious bathroom, laundry, shared yard, parking, street with photovoltaic lighting. Well located, close to a gas station, bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, beaches and 50 meters from the Barra da Lagoa canal (a fascinating place) and 100 meters from Lagoa da Conceição (wonderful). The space The internal space is 100 square meters, backyard with post-beach shower, we rent stand up, bike, surfboard for guests, next to beaches, lagoon and general commerce.
