60 m² house located 15 minutes from La Rochelle, 20 minutes from Châtelaillon, the beaches and the Poitevin marsh, 30 minutes from Ile de Ré and 1 hour from Ile d'Oléron. Perfect for visiting the area! Shops nearby, market and pizza truck on Friday nights. The space The cottage is located inside the property, next to (not adjoining) the owners' house. A parking space is reserved for tenants in the courtyard, which is closed by a gate. It consists of a large room with fireplace, open kitchen with large counter, living room, mezzanine which accommodates a queen size bed; a bedroom with bunk beds; a bathroom with walk-in shower; a large outdoor terrace. Possible to request a cleaning fee (€50). Sheets and towels are provided and all basic equipment remains available (salt, pepper, oil, dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper...).
