The Annex; idyllic getaway for fell walking

A self contained studio annexe within our family home just on the outskirts of Sedbergh. You will have your own entrance and use of an outside space with table and chairs. The parking area provides direct access into the annex with a full kitchen, with a compact dining table with chairs and shower room. A king size bed for your comfort with a comfortable chair to relax in. There is underfloor heating throughout and an electric towel rail in the bathroom. A welcome pack is provided. The space Our home is situated on the outskirts of Sedbergh and walks can be accessed directly from the property. Guest access Parking is available on site with a dedicated outdoor seating area. All other areas are used by the family and would appreciate not walking around the property. Other things to note We have provided tea and coffee facilities with a welcome pack including milk, orange juice and cereal. Please be aware should you wish to take advantage of the cereal provided, you will need to bring extra milk! All jars are supplied with a security sticker for any safety concerns
