Full kitchen, coat closet and bedroom closet. Located a few blocks walking distance to mostly everything with a walking score of 91 out of 100. Great places to eat, shop, parks, movie theatre only a couple of blocks away. A 9-min. walk to MAX train and 4 min. to bus stop. Free on-street parking The space Our out of town family love this space and we are confident you will too! Our Urban Guesthouse is located at the back of our driveway with its own private patio and entrance. There is an abundance of natural light with energy efficient windows, a large skylight in the living room and a solar tube in the bathroom. The full kitchen is all along one wall of the living room so it doesn't take up too much of the living space but has all of the normal amenities with standard size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric range and cooktop, microwave/hood. There is also a twin size pullout out couch in the living room. There is a very comfortable Serta Kleinmon II king-sized bed (courtesy of our picky/generous family members). The bedroom has a private exterior door leading to the private backyard that has a paver patio, table and chairs, garden beds, and a shed roof above to make it possible to enjoy all year round. Guest access On-street parking is free. We live in the primary house on the property. The private Guesthouse is located at the back of the driveway. There is a lockbox affixed to the entry wall which we will send you a personal access code to be able to access the key which unlocks/locks the front and back doors. There is a wall/privacy screen that helps delineate the renters space from our young family's and it has a gate that we keep closed/unlocked. The main house backyard is for our family. The driveway is for our use but we typically are successful having a street parking spot in front of our property. For loading/unloading when you arriving/departing, we are happy to try to clear the driveway for you. Walking score of 91 out of 100 = Walking, Bikes, etc. The "downtown"/center is Milwaukie and Bybee which is 4 blocks from here with grocery stores, restaurants, barber shops, banks, coffee shops, bars, a historic movie theater, beautiful parks and more. Other things to note - Portland City Code requires that we keep a log with the Name, Address and Vehicle Information for ALL guests. This will be required before check in. If you are renting a vehicle, we will need the License Plate number or we will need to note alternate transportation (ie; air, train, bike) Please provide this information with your confirmed booking. - Capacity: we say 3 guests because there is only one king sized bed and a twin pull out couch but we do have a pack and play portable crib. Note, there may be an added fee for additional guests, please inquire. - You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties. - Quiet hours in Portland are from 10pm-6am (however, we are a fairly quiet neighborhood by 9pm-7am). - No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. - No pets allowed at this property at any time. - No Smoking/vaping of any kind on the property. will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
