Welcome to the rooms of the Gentilhommière: Right in the heart of the Normandy countryside, you will be welcomed by Hélène & Sylvain or their children in the house on their farm, which you can visit, in a quiet and relaxing setting... Quiet and rest guaranteed!!! The space We welcome you to the Studio part of our accommodation, (outdoor private parking) On the ground floor: Independent entrance to the residential house overlooking a kitchenette equipped with microwave oven, cooking hobs, fridge, storage,... Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (Shower, toilet) 1st bedroom: 2 people, 1 bed of 140, storage, work table... 2nd bedroom: 3 people, 1 bed of 140 + 1 bed 90, storage, work table Possibility of lending an adult extra bed and baby cot. Ideal family welcome for the WE or for holidays... Guest access The studio and its 2 bedrooms, each equipped with bathroom and toilet, are at your entire disposal. Outside: Large, wooded garden of 2,500 m² with a gazebo and a trampoline for children. Garden furniture, barbecue... Possibility of loaning adult bikes... Meeting farm animals possible, on request: The donkey, pony, horses, llama, miniature pig, miniature goat, ornamental chickens, as well as our cattle... During your stay The studio is attached to our house but is completely independent. Self check-in: lockbox. We are available to our guests if needed and if they wish. "Breakfast" basket (coffee, juice, bread, etc.) included. => You have complete independence! Other things to note The rental price is 65€ from September 1, 2026 (taking into account the 15.5% Airbnb fee, adjusted automatically) for 2 people or more, then 22€ per additional person. Small "breakfast" basket included: small jars of jam, coffee, juice... Possibility of accommodating up to 5/6 people.
