Description
Little Monkerai is a 100 hectare property just north of Dungog in the Hunter Valley. It is primarily dedicated to wildlife and habitat conservation. Approximately 70% of the property is regrowth eucalypt forest with some pockets of dryland rainforest. There is abundant native wildlife including wallaby, pademelon, koala, birds & reptiles who have safe passage and right of way. There is also feral wildlife. Guests are asked to be considerate of this and ensure children & pets are supervised. The space Our guest wing is made of straw-bale so very well insulated. It sits adjacent to the main house. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a separate living area with a kitchenette and a wood heater. Outside there is a covered cooking & dining space with induction cook top, weber bbq and wood fired pizza oven. Guest access Guests have access to self-contained accommodation. Guests can also walk on several walking tracks that crisscross the property. Below the house is a dam with a jetty that guests can swim from. Registration Details Exempt
