Tyrolean farmhouse with panoramic views

Our Köcken farm is in a quiet location, just minutes from the village center. Here you can enjoy a great view of the mountains – perfect for relaxing and restful days surrounded by nature. With its spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere, our farm is ideal for families. Our region offers numerous recreational opportunities: Refreshment in the natural swimming lake, varied hikes and in winter connection to the "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal" ski resort. The space Our traditional farmhouse offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, storage space for skis, a toilet and an original Tyrolean pine parlor, which is perfect for the cozy end of your vacation days. On the first floor are the comfortable bedrooms, which impress with their rustic charm. Each of the rooms is equipped with its own small bathroom with shower. There is also a toilet in two rooms. From the balcony you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountain landscape. In front of the house, the sun terrace with tables, chairs and benches invites you to linger and relax outdoors. Guest access The second floor of the house and the basement are not accessible to guests and are privately used by us as a storage room. Other things to note Please note that due to the location on the mountain, a car is required for arrival. The last 5 minutes drive lead via an asphalted, single-lane road to the mountain farm Köcken. Parking is available behind the house. During the winter months, in Austria from November to 15 April, there is a situational winter tire requirement. This means that in winter driving conditions, such as snow, mud or ice, winter tires must be mounted. In addition, there is a requirement to carry snow chains for vehicles over 3.5 tons during the same period.
