Our residence is located 200 m from the beach - Aïn El turck. We are located less than 200m from the children's amusement park, it is a lively neighborhood with shops, restaurants and fast food. Residential neighborhood of villas. The residence is built on 2 floors and offers 5 apartments. We are therefore a small residence on a human scale. Each apartment has its own private entrance. Our apartments are atypical in their decoration. APARTMENT - 55 m 2 studio with 40 m2 terrace with a PRIVATE POOL. The residence has 4 swimming pools The apartment has bathroom, kitchen open to living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed. An extra bed is located in the living/dining room. The studio on the second floor is air-conditioned. The pool is equipped with a motor for water treatment. A cleaner will take care of the maintenance of the pool as well as the terrace. In order for residents to make the most of the pool, we do the cleaning in the evening, the cleaner will not bother you as it passes on your terrace through a technical door. For reasons of respect for the neighborhood, we would like to point out that we do not allow parties, weddings, khotba, birthdays, circumcision, religious weddings, graduation parties, etc. in the apartments even if there is no music. Thank you for your understanding. No barbecue for security reasons in this apartment.
