OUR FAMILY HOME 180 m2, Old renovated forge where it's nice to meet, with family or friends. QUIET. Large living room and fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, bathroom and shower. Possibilities for extra beds and cribs. Very important: Mobile network almost non-existent but free but unreliable Wi-Fi access. TV channel, various board games, fireplace. Pets on site. Pool, garden, basketball hoop. Plancha. Private and public parking. The space This is our home and not a vacation rental or hotel. So you won't have the service of a hotel rental. For example, I don't hide it, the pool will obviously have treated water but no pool attendant to remove the slightest leaf. The idea is to be at home in the countryside and not miss anything! The house is located in the center of a small village. Respecting the quiet life of the neighbors is essential. So we ask that you pay real attention to NOISE. Indeed, following past overflows, I cannot tolerate any exceptions. Regarding the house, this is our house, the one in which I live with my son and which we sometimes rent. It's not a vacation rental. You will find all the amenities but also a little bit of us. For the atmosphere, we wanted to combine the industrial and rustic spirit of a workshop with wooden trusses, an iron staircase, and its large south-facing openings. The decor is made of antique objects. The atmosphere is therefore not abandoned! The place will lend itself to your mood as well as your wishes and those of your children. Children's rooms are naturally filled with games and toys. The kitchen is equipped (usual household appliances + Nespresso coffee machine and filter, coffee beans, Baby Cook robot, raclette machine, mini electric griddle, blender, ... minimum ingredients for breakfast and all condiments and spices for cooking...). In the cellar: iron, washing machine, dryer. In the living room, gathered on a large sofa, you will have the choice: fireplace in winter, board games (in cabinet under the stairs), satellite TV, piano... Animals on site, i.e. visits but very exceptionally from Mrs. Lavrador Ilolo and her daughter Rio who will just come to greet you but who will reside elsewhere during your stay, Miou-Miou the feline who has her habits but who must be avoided leaving her inside. In our absence, we may ask you to feed her. And Mrs. Carrot the turtle at the corner of the pool. The gravel front is enough to park 1 car (but you can park along the house or on the ground just above). The garden: to play on the grass (balls, basketball hoop). A gas plancha and barbecue are also available. Terrace with dining table and umbrella. Pool open depending on the season (mid-June to mid-September). Please note, cleaning fees are not included because we want to find the accommodation as it was rented at the start. The service fee on your reservation will be the same as the taxes for the Airbnb headquarters. Notify if you need extra towels. Arrangement of check-in and check-out times possible according to the booking schedule and half-day opportunities with surcharge. Additionally, my son and I may occasionally stay in an isolated adjoining part with different access. Your peace and privacy will be preserved. They will reside elsewhere during your stay. -Very weak telephone network Unreliable Wi-Fi - No CLEANING fee planned because we want to find the accommodation as it was when you arrived. If not, we will charge a price of €20 per hour of cleaning required (the house is large).
