The space We want to welcome you to this beautiful villa consisting of five bedrooms, livingroom, three bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. All rooms have aircon and the internet goes thru fiber. The villa has a large pool and on the upper terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Andaman Sea. Living room / kitchen: lounge area, TV screen with HDMI jack, music system, wardrobe, dining area, fridge / freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, micro, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, sandwich grill, rice cooker, fan, AC. Other: safety box, water machine, iron, ironing board, barbecue, hair dryer. Weekly cleaning is included. Sheets and towels are provided in duplicate to the number of beds. It is possible to book a cot and high chair for 300 thb per night. Electric and water is not included in the price, it will be charged after consumption. Electric is 8 thb/unit and water is 50 thb/unit. We do a reading off the meters together at check in and check out. Jojo Lanta Rental has a representative on site who will meet you at the villa and is available during your stay. If you book a transfer through us, a driver is waiting for you with a sign with your name and you get your own minibus with AC and seat belts. You can be up to 8 people in a minibus, but we recommend a maximum of 6 people with lugage. We also have child chairs and seat cushions if desired. Price: Traveling from or to Krabi Airport costs THB 3,000 per trip. Traveling from or to Phuket Airport costs THB 5,000 per trip. Transfer is payable on final payment of the accommodation or cash to Jojolantar representative at check-in.
