The apartment is located in the heart of Chianti, just 2 km from the center of San Casciano VP, 17km from Florence and 50km from Siena. It is self catering (36 square meters) and has a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. It overlooks a panoramic terrace where a BBQ is available. It is located inside a local farm , still familiar managment ,that produces wine and olive oil. During your stay you can visit the cellars and taste the products. The space The company Farm Azienda Agricola- Bruscola, is born in the '70s by the tenacity of "Mr Dante, grandfather, and Mrs Torellina ,grandmother" who realized the dream of having their own land to cultivate. Even today it is characterized by a family of their children and grandchildren who are always ready and willing to welcome guests and make them feel at home. The most famous and most beautiful cities of Tuscany like Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Volterra are close by and can be reached very easy in less than one hour. It is an ideal destinations for beautiful excursions immersed in the history, tastes and scents of one of the most famous regions of the world. Guest access Guests will feel at home, free to go out and come back whenever and however they prefer, having the keys to the apartment. There is a large free parking lot, a terrace and a garden, both overlooking a beautiful panorama of hills planted with olive trees and vineyards. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, chairs, and tables available for lunch and dinner outdoors. In addition, the family directly takes care of the retail sale of agricultural products such as Chianti Classico Wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Vin Santo and for this purpose an area for tastings has been set up.
