Hunter Valley is a 160 km northwest of Sydney, about 2 hours by car, and is a leading wine producing region in New South Wales. The Semillon and Shiraz made here are especially world-famous wines. There are over 100 wineries, and you can enjoy wine tasting. Some wineries also have restaurants serving delicious meals, and we recommend enjoying lunch with their prized wines. In addition to wine, there are plenty of other fun activities such as golf, horseback riding, and hot air ballooning. At Hunter Valley Gardens, you can stroll through the well-maintained flowers and tree paths and experience Australia's premier rose garden, filled with fragrance and color. The garden also hosts exciting events such as the Christmas Lights Spectacular. The space Our cottage is located on a 40-acre property and is surrounded by Eucalyptus trees and luscious nature.
