Bridge Park - Double en-suite

Comfortable double bed with electric blanket, sofa and fridge in attic room which sleeps 2. There is a single room on the same floor as the double which can be booked on request if you need an extra bed. The house is semi-detached set in a quiet road 3 miles from the city center but on a good bus route. Large garden at the back looking onto City of Newcastle Golf Club. The space Quiet attic room with one double bed and sofa on separate floor with private shower room. This is a lovely light room, unfortunately photographs don't do it justice, with views over the garden and golf course. There is a fridge, tea/coffee facilities and desk in the room. The shower room is just outside the bedroom but on the same floor so quite private. This is an attic space so the walls are pitched. The extra single bed, is in the room adjacent on the same floor and shares the shower room. This would suit a family or two business colleagues. Guest access There is a microwave in the kitchen for heating up meals in the evening. Cooking is not permitted other than reheating in the microwave. There is a fridge and kettle in the room with complementary tea and coffee. Superfast fibre broadband throughout the house and access to a small sitting room for guests use. Please note that only paying guests are allowed into the house. Strictly no smoking. During your stay I am pleased to welcome guests to my home and happy to answer questions about the area or how to get about by public transport. Both the airport and station are conveniently linked by metro which is a 15 minute walk away. There is also a good bus service which stops right outside Bridge Park. If you are travelling on business and wish to be left in peace that's fine but I am available if needed. The sitting room is for your own use and the house and surrounding area is quiet. Other things to note Guests can park on my driveway but parking is limited so let me know if you are bringing your car and I can make sure there is a space. Please respect other residents by not parking on their space. There are a number of golf courses in the vicinity including one next door so if you like golf this is the place to be!
