Magnificent 85m2 home, completely renovated and modern, with a lot of personality, taken care of down to the last detail. Very bright, magnificent views, in the Salamanca neighborhood. Large living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one en suite) and another bathroom. The space The living room is spacious, very bright, has a dining table for 6 people and has air conditioning (Daikin split). It also has a double sofa bed for an additional guest measuring 140x200. The linen for the sofa bed is in the hallway closet. It also has a 55" Thompson TV. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped: refrigerator, oven (Edesa Practical), microwave (Jocel brand), washing machine (EDESA Metallic 1026), dishwasher (EDESA Metalvo 35X), Nespresso coffee machine, Ufesa toaster... The master bedroom has a 150x190cm double bed, Daikin air conditioning, careful decoration, built-in wardrobes (with hangers) and has an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and shelves included. Dayson fan for those people who do not want to use the air conditioning. The second bedroom has a 135x190 bed, Daikin air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan (with remote control), and a Samsung TV. Additionally, there is an additional full bathroom. The house is recently renovated, and is perfectly equipped, with everything you need for a perfect stay. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. The house includes, among others: - Heating - Air conditioner - Wifi - TV - Full equipped kitchen (Kettle, Squeezer...) - Washer - Natural light - Lift in the building -Fan - Intercom - Hangers in closets - Linens & 2 towels per guest - Check-in at any time - Attention during the stay in case of any incident. You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. The apartment has been furbished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
