This stunning, modern apartment is on the top floor of a brand new gated community in San Pedro, a small town close to Puerto Banus. It is in an excellent location for both the beach and the town and has a residents pool which is very quiet. From the apartment you can access the private roof which is laid out with two sun loungers and sofas. You have amazing sea views from here and have the sun all day. It is a five minute walk to the beach and a seven minute walk to San Pedro town. Taxis are a six minute walk (or can be ordered by phone to pick you up outside (there's a card in the apartment) and Puerto Banus is just a few minutes by taxi, typically less than 10 euros. San Pedro is NOT a party place but you are very close to Puerto Banus which is! If you have children, you will be pleased to know that the development is gated and we have one high chair, cot and paddling pool for young children. As this is our holiday home we only want guests who will respect that this is a brand new apartment - everthing from beds to cutlery is new. There's a fully equipped kitchen for eating in and you can enjoy a meal at the 8 seater tables on either the living room terrace or upstairs on the sun terrace. There's plenty of summer furniture on the sun terrace (and two sun loungers) plus a huge parasol to keep the sun off. As the apartment is south facing you get the sun all day. Security is excellent with an underground car park, key pad secured gate onto the street and high security doors into the apartment. From the front of the apartment you can see the sea and to the rear, the mountains. There's a beautiful restaurant just across the road and five/six minutes away there are seven restaurants in a row - all different and all of a good quality. The town is very traditional and very uncommercial which means that prices are reasonable - three euros for a glass of wine! San Pedro is a typical Spanish town with lots of bars and cafes. If you want something busier, Puerto Banus is three minutes/seven euros away and Marbella town is 12 minutes and twenty euros away. We are happy to recommend local restaurants. We hope you enjoy your stay with us. Guest access Guests can use the apartment building pool which is rarely busy. There are showers, loos and sun beds at the pool. The pool is accessed through the alley way between building one and two (you are staying in building two) and by following the path around to the right. We will have our Spanish housekeeper meet you with keys at the property. Other things to note The only lower score we have is location However we think the location is great. I can walk to the beach and sit in a beach bar in four minutes or walk into the town for a coffee in seven minutes. San Pedro is not a party town but there's a lovely roof top bar on top of the NH Hotel and plenty of restaurants which we think are better than those in Puerto Banus and at far better prices.
