AVLI, Traditional House in Litsarda, Building B

Avli, located in Litsarda, is a traditional house with a wonderful courtyard, ideal for guests who want to experience life in a typical Cretan village, along with holidays near wild landscapes and beautiful beaches. The space Build in early 19th century in Litsarda village, the house of our ancestors, is there to give a warm welcome to its visitors. “Avli” is a 3-bedroom stone house. It can ideally accommodate up to 6 guests and is part of a complex with two traditional houses, which share a blooming courtyard. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a comfortable double bed and also a wc with shower. The second room is on the ground floor, it has one double bed and view in a little garden. Right above it, on the loft, is the third room that has one single bed and a couch. Our uniquely made kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and a kettle. It also has a lovely open plan living area with two sofas, a dining table and a T.V. Baby cot is also available. Litsarda is a small, traditional village, only 8-10 km away from key destinations and wonderful beaches like Kalyves, Almyrida, Georgioupolis, and Ombrosgyalos and 30 km east of the beautiful city of Chania. In the village only a few meters from our house you can find a supermarket, a pizza restaurant and a tavern. In Vamos, the nearest village, only 2 km away, one can find restaurants, cafe, mini markets and bakeries. There is also Medical Center, a bank, a post office, and petrol stations.
