Imperial Apartment /1BR/ No Parking

Dear guests, welcome to Dobrota - Kotor. "Imperial Apartment" is 35sqm flat with private entrance. It is located 3min on foot to the sea promenade, 7min to the City beach, 12min to the Old Town. Apartment is modern and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Please read the ad to the end. Other things to note 1. There is no luggage storage (it is not possible to leave suitcase before check-in/after check-out time). 2. The apartment is located on a small hill. There are stairs between the apartment and the promenade. People with mobility issues should not book this apartment. If you have heavy and large luggage, I recommend using the Taxi service to the apartment. Other informations: 1. The guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it (tidy and undamaged). - Before check-out guests need to throw out the garbage bags (kitchen and bathroom) so that there is no unpleasant smell, - empty food from the fridge, freezer and kitchen elements, - wash the dishes. 2. The apartment has "Dolce Gusto - Macchina" coffee machine. Its very easy to use – add the pod, add the water and press the lever. Guests buy pods. 3. Daily cleaning service is not possible. The guests themselves take care of the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay in the apartment (chemicals are in the kitchen cabinet). 4. If a guest brings a bicycle or rents one, it is not allowed to keep it in the apartment. NOTE: *** The blind in the living room is raised and lowered via a mechanism/rope. The rope should be pulled slowly. The blind should not be raised all the way to the top, so that it does not get stuck. *** SUNDAY is a non-working day (bakeries and restaurants are open). *** When the guest Check-In, is obliged to send me a photo of the passport (first page - face photo and data) , so that I can register the stay.
