Welcoming and cosy single bedroom with a view over the garden. Only 20min from the city centre. In a quiet and green area served by public transports: bus and underground. Wide kitchen, big living room and two bathrooms The space Behind the building there are a lot of fields that you can see from the apartment's windows, even though we still just 20 min away from the city centre, that you can easily reach taking public transport. The bedroom is provided with a mezzanine double bed and a normal single one underneath, a wardrobe, a desk and wooden parquet. Private bathroom and a large kitchen. There is also a balcony. Guest access Our guest will have access to their bedroom, to the kitchen, the bathroom and to the living room. Next to the edifice you can find different shops as: tabacco bar, bakery, newsstand, mini market and take away pizzeria. Besides nearby the apartment there are also the Hospital San Paolo, the access to the highway and the IULM University. During your stay Andrea (my father) and Teresa live in the apartment. I come to visit the once or twice a week. They will be available for any kind of eventuality. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed.
