Laundry ensuite The space It's a basement suite- but, it does not really feel like one because it is so bright and airy, with tall ceilings (for a basement suite)It is ideally suited to two guests, it's about 900sq feet - but, potentially you could be four by using the pullout couch Guest access one parking space is on-site, and, there is lots of free on-street parking next to the property if you need it Other things to note I have a beautiful organic garden, with outdoor sitting areas and patios that you are welcome to share and enjoy. There is a new patio with table and chairs right outside the suite- also a natural gas-fired barbeque for you to entertain yourselves or your guests .Pleae also note that the City of Vernon homeless shelter is kitty corner from the property In the three years they have been there I have never had a problem with them, or their residents. They do have 24 hr security, who usually park on the South side of the property and they patrol the immediate area constantly However, you should be aware that there are some pretty sad souls making their way to and from the shelter That said, the neighborhood has a lot of seniors and young families who also walk/ jog / cycle around the area.
