'Little Lowena' is a lovely studio flat with 1 double bed in the heart of Carbis Bay located in a peaceful crescent close to woodland a short walk from Carbis Bay beach. Guests have sole use of the studio which is a purpose built annexe attached to the main house with its own front door; completely private access and courtyard. Just a 40 minute walk to St Ives and a short stroll to the beach. An immaculate place to stay. The space We now offer overnight ev charging for £20 extra charge. The space has a 32 inch TV with SMART facilities; DAB radio; a fully equipped kitchen area with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher and all the appliances you will need. A comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress awaits you along with a lovely bathroom with shower. There is a small BBQ for use by guests. There is also use of a laundry area should guests wish to use it which is a shared space and is located via a locked door (guests have the key) between the studio and the owners' main house. There are no stairs in the studio but there is a step up into the studio. Suitable for 1 or 2 guests but we can provide a travel cot and highchair for a baby upon request. There is a private courtyard for guests with seating area and bbq (seasonal). Also surfers or beach lovers can enjoy the outdoor shower (seasonal). Public transport, cafe, restaurants, supermarket and hairdressers are within a short walk. Guest access There is a dedicated free parking space for guests just outside the property in the car park. Public transport is only a 4 minute walk away and the beach, shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. Other things to note WE RECOMMEND GUESTS HAVE THEIR OWN TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER CANCELLATION FOR PERSONAL REASONS.
