The space You enter the houseboat from the pier. On this lower level, you’ll find the entrance to the room. Inside, there is an open-plan living area with a kitchenette, a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and your own outdoor patio. The kitchenette includes a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, and dishwasher. Large windows allow plenty of natural daylight to fill the space. From the living area, you can step directly onto the outdoor deck, where you can enjoy snacks and drinks in the late evening sun. Other things to note It is very important to know that the sewer system is different than in a house. There is a grinder pump system that only accepts toilet paper, so don't throw in other items.
