Charming cottage with all amenities surrounded by water in the middle of a quiet lakedistrict in the centre of Holland. At the moment, if not otherwise discussed, only rentable for daytime use (brainstorming sessions, mediation, reflection, writing etc.) About 25 minutes from Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport and Utrecht. Public transport (bus) during the week but (rented) car advisable to also explore the beautiful surroundings. Possibility to also rent a canoe, a sailing boat or/and a motorboat and a tandem bike to explore the lakes and possibly shopping. Extremely quiet except for the lapping of the water. Ideal for (honeymoon) couples, to finish a book or to just relax, walk, swim, sail, row or/and fish. Two bedrooms with double bed/1 or2 singles overlooking the lake and garden. Living with kitchen and open fireplace. Bathroom with toilet and hot shower. Outdoor terrace and boat moorings. The cottage is situated on the tip of a piece of land stretching into the lake from a dike which separates the lake from another one (see photo). The neighbourhood consists of residential houses and farms. The villages of Breukelen and Loosdrecht are about 3 km and the town of Hilversum about 6km away. There are many historical, cultural and recreational facilities nearby.
