Peaceful suburban hideaway

Our spacious home is a peaceful hideaway from busy Cape Town. Bergvliet is only 10 min from the closest beach, 5 min from gorgeous wine farms and nature walks. The living area, playroom, pool and plenty of safe garden space is perfect for families. The space Our home is on one level and very spacious. We have a main bedroom with a king size bed ensuite. Down the passage we have a family bathroom and opposite as large room with 2 single beds or a king size bed, then a bedroom that has a single bed with a mattress underneath the bed for any additional children. At the end of the passage there is a room with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. We have a study with a sleeper couch and a kids TV area that can be closed off. Then off the entrance hall we have an open plan kitchen with a centre island and scullery, an 8 seater dining room table and chairs and a comfortable lounge with a fireplace. There are double doors leading off the lounge onto a patio with a 6 seater dining table, a Fire pit and pool (With a child proof solid cover) with lovely large garden for ball games. We have an alarm, with garden beams. We also have a tenant that lives in an outside room and looks after the property and garden, but has no impact on the guests during their stay.
