Being a subdivision, we have a guardhouse at the entrance. My house has fence and a gate so it is a safe place to stay.. It is very close to the airport and close to the beaches around Lapu-lapu City. It has 3 bedrooms in the 2F, has a spacious dining room and living room with rattan couches. We have a Refrigerator, wifi, Tv set, air-conditioned rooms and electric fans. We also have rice cooker, a gas stove and complete set of kitchen utensils if you want to cook your food. The space We have big garage, spaceous living and dining room and with a kitchen. Your stay in my house will be convenient and comfortable.
