The space This townhouse, with a capacity for 4 people, has a separate entrance from the street and is distributed over 2 floors combining functionality and style in every corner. Upon arrival, a charming patio with plants welcomes you, equipped with an outdoor living room and low table to enjoy outdoor meals. You'll also find furniture to store your kite surfing gear. Upon entering, a bright living-dining room with an open kitchen welcomes you: the bar with five high stools and the dining table with low stools create an ideal space to eat or work, while a comfortable sofa with a low table and armchair invites you to relax. The living room connects with the outside through a large window, becoming the heart of the house: perfect for reading, sharing a drink or just relaxing. Further back there is a second room with a large sofa in front of the Smart TV, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your favorite series, as well as a full bathroom with shower. Going up the spiral staircase you access the rest area: the first bedroom offers a 140 cm bed, an open wardrobe and a sofa, while the second bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a full bathroom with an Italian shower. From here you can access a second patio with a washer/dryer and, via an external staircase, the rooftop terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying partial views of the sea and Morocco. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its patios and private rooftop. The accommodation has a private entrance and the front patio has a storage room and a hose to clean surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports lovers. It has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, a washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals just like at home, which makes it ideal for long stays.
