This property is located in Oysterbay, the most desirable residential location in Dar es Salaam. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and of course, the beach! The compound is well guarded and secure. Guests are most welcome to use all building amenities. The space The apartment is clean and well-maintained. With a total size of 100 square meters, it is spacious and furnished with all the necessities: a cozy living room with flat screen TV, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen and free WiFi. One of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and wardrobe. The other bedroom also has a queen bed and wardrobe with a detached bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. All bathrooms have great water pressure and heaters for hot water. The property has an automatic standby generator in case of power cuts. We have a full-time maintenance team for any unexpected issues or guest requests. Other things to note Water is included in the fee. Electricity is included in the fee up to an amount of US$10 per day, which is a generous allocation. Therefore, please consume wisely - not just for my sake, but more importantly for the sake of our planet! Kindly note we do not provide a housekeeping service.
