Anne’s Tiny House

I welcome you in my lovely tiny house, which is situated in a calm and nice neighbourhood of Petit-Saconnex in Geneva. Downtown and the train station are only 12 min away with the bus and UN (United Nations), Palexpo are 15 min away. The tiny house is an extension of my familial house, but has its own entrance, which gives on a private lush garden of 25 m2 The space The outdoor is 25 m2 big. The indoor is 22 m2 big, and has: •A comfortable kitchen/dining room space, fully equipped, with a table (can be extended) and seats for 2-6 persons. A nice window gives a view on the garden. During the night, this space becomes a bedroom thanks to the bed/wardrobe, which in a few seconds is transformed in a “real” 140cm-bed with high quality bedding. There is also a wardrobe of 150cm large, free for your use. •A living room space with a big bay window, which gives access to the private garden. There is a comfortable couch (which on demand only can be transformed into a 140cm bed), a low bookcase with a TV and stereo system. Fast Wi-Fi. •A very tiny bathroom which includes toilet, sink (with only 50cm free space in front of it), shower (70x70cm) and XS washing machine. Long term rental only Guest access • An entry code allows arrival at any time • Efficient bus transport is located nearby. The bus station of bus 3 and 22 are 3 minutes walk from the studio, it can drop you directly to the train station (10 min), city centre (13 min), hospital (25 min) ,Champel and Place des Nations. The bus station of bus 5 is 10 minutes walk from the studio. It goes to the airport (9 min), Palexpo (6 min), Place des Nations and the UN (2 min). •International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent societies is 500 m away, the entrance of the highway 2 km away, the UN 2km away (as well as most of others international organisations), the city centre 3km away, and the airport 4km away. •There are public parking spaces available next to the house : “blue zone” (max 90 min and free in the night and on Sundays), open parking 800 m away (“white zone”, 2 frs/h – 24 frs/day).
