Refined and intimate studio 7 km from Lugano, in a hilly position, on Monte Brè. With spectacular views of the Gulf of Lugano, in a strategic position for walks in the Canton of Ticino area. The space The studio apartment is intimate and panoramic, with a large window that leads first to a terrace and then to the private garden from which you can admire the Gulf of Lugano and a large part of the lake. There is a foldaway bed, and a sofa bed is positioned in front of the window to admire the view. The decor is minimalist, but functional to the needs of the guests. Inside there is a well-equipped kitchenette, with dishes, pots, microwave, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower. Towels, bed linen and pool towels will be provided. The studio apartment is located in a residential condominium with a shared swimming pool, heated to 26° during the period May-October. There is also a shared laundry/ironing room. Your four-legged friends are welcome. Parking is free. A tourist tax of CHF 3.25 per person per day is required, excluding guests under 14 years of age, to be paid on site. Guest access Inside the residence, guests have access to a well-equipped lounge with tables, chairs, parasols, deckchairs, a sofa with cushions and a ping pong table.
