Set in a scenic location, with the beautiful Lyndoch Valley and Barossa Ranges as a backdrop, this century year old iron stone cottage provides a pleasing blend of rustic charm with modern conveniences. The home sits on 1 acre, and you are free to enjoy the space, take in the views, have a bbq on the terrace and enjoy the gardens and local bird life. Please contact me if you have any particular requirement that you would like to explore The space The self contained accommodation has the standard symmetrical cottage layout, with 4 main rooms, two either side of the central hallway. The bathroom including powder room overlooking the garden are additional spaces. The king bed can be separated into 2 king singles if required and a trundle bed is also available. All linen is supplied and 100 % cotton, so the feel is great. The host and manger live in separate self contained accommodation and are available if needed. Guest access Only one guest group will be accommodated at any one time. The space that is available is the original ironstone homestead. The homestead is two bedroom, kitchen and lounge. The base tariff is based on a single couple using one bedroom only, so the second bedroom will not be available unless a third person or another couple are included in the booking. Other things to note I am available and have my private separate apartment on the property and respect your privacy, I am generally contactable throughout your stay if there is any information you would like about the local area. Williamstown is a great location to be based if you want to walk, explore the history of the various assets or just want some down time. There are some fabulous eating options and wineries close to hand.
